We were so glad to have Imperial Cars to transport us to and from planes and ships in London. We are from the States and had no knowledge of the city and so were at a disadvantage. We couldn't have had a better trip and thanks to Anthony our driver we made our destinations with time to spare. Imperial Cars is a great company and is serious about there business. At very late notice he informed me that he would be there to collect me after a delayed flight and drive me back to Southampton. My wife and I live on Vancouver Island , Canada and last used Imperial Cars Services when doing a Cruise around the British Isles in 2005. At that time we had the pleasure of Mr Anthony Giffard coming to London to transport us to Southampton, to the cruise port and back to Heathrow. This time (July 2015) now retired, we booked the Cunard QM2 175th Anniversary voyage from Southampton via Liverpool to Halifax, Boston and new York. I emailed Anthony and was quickly offered the same wonderful services of his staff to pickup us at Heathrow , to Southampton and a few days later to City Cruise terminal. In all cases his staff are professional, polite, eager to ensure you are relaxed as they look after the driving and your luggage to the door. We will return and of course use Imperial Car Services Sure beats using a bus, taxi and train when having luggage for a cruise . Did I mention their rates are great Hope to write the next review in a year or so :) Thank you all

As the name imperial suggests, Anthony provided a top class service! My parents had the pleasure of using Imperial Cars for their journey from Southampton to Holyhead. They raved about the beautiful car and engaging company of Anthony. Little touches like bottles of water were greatly appreciated after getting off the Queen Mary 2. He was very obliging and went the extra mile. Anthony didn't just leave them to the agreed destination, he helped my father at Irish Ferries to ensure the next part of their journey went as smoothly as the car journey.
